About me

Hello! I am a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Unit of Artificial Intelligence and Computer Systems at Università Campus Bio-Medico di Roma, specializing in multimodal deep learning with a focus on medical imaging. My research centers on developing advanced diagnostic and prognostic tools for non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). I have also contributed to trustworthy AI research, focusing on triplet networks and federated learning approaches to enhance robustness and privacy in medical AI systems.

I hold a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence for Health and Life Sciences from Università Campus Bio-Medico di Roma, completed under the supervision of Paolo Soda and Arturo Chiti. Previously, I earned my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Middle East Technical University Northern Cyprus Campus.
